The first step is to login to MapMyChannel and reach the main dashboard. Now you have to click on Integrations where you can see all the sales channels integrations that you have made. You have to click on the green button which can be found in the Action tab in front of the respective channel.
STEP 2 : SCROLL DOWN TO ORDER WAITING TIME
Now, just scroll down a bit on the edit page and look for the Order Waiting Time section.
STEP 3 : CHOOSE AN APPROPRIATE TIME
From the drop-down menu, select the appropriate time for which you have to hold the order. The hold order time limit can vary from 60 minutes to 72 hours.
STEP 4 : SAVE THE CHANGES
Finally, click on the Save button and you are done with the required Hold Order setting.
